Love is not love

To thrive, we often need to satisfy our different types of love through different types of relationships, whether they be platonic, romantic, sexual... Sometimes several types of love overlap, but they can also appear very distinct. An eighth type of love is described in ancient Greek as "Mania" which is obsessive love, an unbalanced love that results in dependence on the partner.
